If it says that you aren't following any blogs refresh the web page. You might have to do it more than once but they will eventually come up. If it says a service error or something like that you can try refreshing or click back to the page before and click the link again. Or close out of the web page/tab and reopen it. If it's something else I have no idea. I've had the two I mentioned happen several times.
I don't know I haven't had this problem might try opening it in a different web browser just to see if it is your web browser that's messing up or blogger.
